Binita Prasad has taken over as Head of IT & Digital for Schindler Group’s India operations. With close to 30 years of experience in manufacturing multinationals, she brings strong expertise in IT strategy, digital transformation, IoT, and AI/ML.

Prasad’s career has been marked by her ability to navigate and manage complex IT ecosystems within large multinational organisations. Prior to joining Schindler, she played a pivotal role at Saint-Gobain, where her leadership helped catalyse significant technology-driven initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency, improved customer engagement, and contributed to sustained business growth.
At Schindler India, Prasad will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s digital vision, driving transformation efforts that integrate new technologies to improve overall operational performance. Her focus will be on enhancing customer experience, optimising internal processes, and empowering teams with the right digital tools and capabilities.
