The story of a neurotic chef, his Chicago restaurant, employees and friends (and sometimes frienemies) made a splash in the world of streaming series. We’re convinced that the fourth season will be decisive for Carmy. We will probably find out whether he will be able to keep the restaurant afloat or whether he will have to face its closure. Another important plot thread will be Carmy’s relationships with Sugar, Donna, Sydney, Richie and, of course, Claire, with whom he broke up in the season 2 finale.
Other characters also face important and challenging moments. In season 3, Sydney got an offer to become a chef at another restaurant. In season 4, she will have to decide whether to take the chance to grow or stay by the side of the increasingly disturbed Carmy, who on the other hand, is her friend.
In season 4, we expect that Sugar, who gave birth in season 3, will tackle the challenges of motherhood. It will likely cause her to deal with a difficult relationship with her own mother. Surely, Richie won’t avoid problems either, although his character has developed and changed throughout the seasons.
